During these unprecedented times, your support of the NWHL Store means a lot to us.

 

Due to COVID-19, we are seeing some delays in the following:

Production of on-demand products

Fulfillment of inventory orders

Transit times with shipping carriers

International orders are subject to delays in customs of the destination country. Many countries are quarantining packages for 3 days prior to final delivery to the customer.

 

The partners we use to power our store are taking every precaution to protect the health and safety of their workers, while working hard to continue producing and fulfilling orders from the store. Additionally, shipping carriers like UPS, DHL and USPS are experiencing unprecedented strain on their services. We really appreciate your patience in receiving your orders and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
